Hi, everybody. Adam with Home Buying Guys here and just wanted to briefly mention this. There is a quicker process called an Heirship Affidavit Process, and there are some requirements for that but 80% of the time, most people can go through the Heirship Affidavit Process, which is much quicker than probate and transfer the deed of a house. So we could definitely look at that for you and walk you through that situation. We literally take people from the start to finish on those processes with our title company and we walk them through all the paperwork, whether it has to be filed with the courts or not, and everything that needs to be done there, we can do for you and make that process, not only much, much quicker, but a seamless process.
And we’ve done it over and over and over again. We are experts at it. Lance and I have done it in situations where we’ve had to find family members that are out of state, out of the area. Sometimes we’ve had to find people that, family members didn’t even know who they were, but they were listed in a will and we’ve had to track down those people. We’ve gone to jails to get signatures from family members that were incarcerated for whatever reason.
