Why We Do This?
We have a couple of reasons…the first being the money…well sort of. I have been chasing financial freedom my entire adult life and when I was younger that meant tons of money. Today financial freedom means being able to schedule our week how we want to and not according to someone else’s plan. We are not truly there yet but we know if we help enough homeowners get out of tough home situations we will be able to do what we want when we want.
Second I am passionate about teaching other real estate investors how to get started in real estate and I want to be able to spend more time mentoring investors and teaching them about passive income and how to change their financial futures through real estate investing.
Lance & Rachael Doty – Partners
Lance – I Grew up up in Garland, TX and am a proud South Garland Colonel (class of ‘02). In 2006, I graduated from Abilene Christian University with a Finance Degree and my wife and i immediately moved by to the North Dallas Area. We have been married for 18 years and have 2 awesome kiddos- Camden (16), Ava (13). They keep us busy in all their select sports and we love every second of it. In 2021 we made the move to Gunter, TX and could not be happier with this journey. #TPW
From Lance – “I am the fun police of the partnership in addition to working with sellers who need to sell their houses. If the music is loud enough, I have to be in the middle of the circle dancing my face off. I love sports and margaritas, and combining the two is my perfect day :).

My why is my family. Through all of my endeavors I hope to give my wife and two kids everything they need to be successful. That’s what this company allows me to do.
